Is your child planning on participating on a sport team in the 2015-2016 school year? Please fill out the online Athletic Clearance. When inputting your information, there is one document that is to be printed and brought to your physician. There is also a recommended $125 athletic donation to help cover costs. Your donation may be brought or mailed to the Main Office.
